Ché Jordan, PharmD, BCCCP, BCNSP, BCPS
Clinical Pharmacy Manager

Research and Quality Improvement / Orientation
Dr. Jordan is the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director at GSMC. After earning her Bachelors of Science degrees in Biology at the College of Charleston and Pharmacy from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), she served in the Public Health Service/Indian Health Service in Chinle, Arizona. Dr. Jordan later returned to MUSC to complete her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She then pursued advanced training, completing a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center followed by a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency in the University of Arizona Medical Center. Before assuming her current role as Clinical Pharmacy Manager at GSMC, Dr. Jordan played a key role in establishing several critical care rounding services and practiced much of her career in the Surgical Trauma ICU. She is board certified in Critical Care (BCCCP), Nutrition Support (BCNSP), and Pharmacotherapy (BCPS). Dr. Jordan is actively involved in leadership positions, serving as the co-chair of both the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee. Her professional interests include nutrition support, traumatic brain injuries, and quality improvement initiatives focused on enhancing patient care.
Lauren Roper, PharmD, BCPS
Clinical Operations Manager
PGY1 Residency Program Coordinator
Critical Care / Orientation
Dr. Roper is the Residency Program Coordinator and Clinical Operations Manager with clinical practices in the Medical ICU. Dr. Roper completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy in Charleston, West Virginia. She went on to complete her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina. Since joining the team, Dr. Roper has established pharmacy services at the inpatient Behavioral Health Unit and leads our Medication Safety Program. She serves on multiple committees including Stroke, Critical Care, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics. Her interest areas include neuropsychiatric disorders, delirium and agitation in the ICU, and stroke management. To further strengthen her skills, Dr. Roper is working toward obtaining her Board-Certified Critical Care Pharmacist (BCCCP).
Heather Beilhart, PharmD
Medication Reconciliation
Transitions of Care
Dr. Beilhart earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the West Virginia University. As a clinical pharmacist on the medication reconciliation team, she is passionate about the discharge process, ensuring that patients transition safely and effectively from hospital to home. Her work emphasizes optimizing medication regimens, preventing errors, and enhancing patient outcomes during this critical phase of care. Dr. Beilhart also serves as a Pharmacist Student Rotation Coordinator, where she oversees experiential learning opportunities for pharmacy students. Additionally, she is an active member of the Patient Safety Committee, contributing to initiatives that improve care quality and reduce risks for patients. Known for her compassionate approach, Dr. Beilhart values building meaningful relationships with patients and is a dedicated advocate for addressing their unique medication needs. Her commitment to patient-centered care highlights her impact in advancing healthcare outcomes and the pharmacy profession.
Abbey Bensing, PharmD
Internal Medicine / Palliative Care Management
Dr. Bensing earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University. She currently works as a clinical pharmacist with the Internal Medicine teams and provides cross-coverage in multiple intensive care units. With a strong interest in pain management, Dr. Bensing focuses on naloxone utilization and educating healthcare providers on the complexities of pain management. She is actively involved in quality improvement initiatives related to opioid prescribing and establishing pharmacist participation in palliative care rounds. Dr. Bensing is also working toward establishing a formal pain management service within the hospital. To further enhance her expertise, she is in the process of obtaining her ASHP Pain Management Certificate and plans to attend a pain management continuing education conference in the coming year.
Hannah Carreon, PharmD
Emergency Medicine
Dr. Carreon earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Marshall University School of Pharmacy. She went on to complete her PGY1 Acute Care residency at Tacoma General Hospital within MultiCare Health Systems in Tacoma, Washington. Her interests include emergency medicine and critical care. Dr. Carreon is currently working towards her BCPS and plans to obtain board certification in Emergency Medicine.
Lexi Chlada, PharmD, BCPS
Emergency Medicine
Dr. Chlada earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. She went on to complete a PGY1 Acute Care residency at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, located in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Her interests include emergency medicine, infectious diseases, and pre-hospital medicine. Dr. Chlada has a passion for precepting all levels of learners and furthering pharmacist contributions in various areas of critical care and emergency medicine. In addition to precepting students, Dr. Chlada leads the efforts of pharmacist participation in code response and serves as the liaison for simulation lab training alongside the medical residents. She also assists in providing pharmacy clinical education to the emergency medicine medical residents and providers. Dr. Chlada's future goals include obtaining a specialty certification, Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Pharmacist (BCEMP), as well as designing and implementing an emergency medicine pharmacist program for other hospitals.
Hanna Condrey, PharmD
Internal Medicine
Dr. Condrey earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. She went on to complete her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency here at Grand Strand. Her professional interests include infectious diseases, internal medicine, and critical care. Dr. Condrey has established pharmacy involvement in rounding with the internal medicine teams and continues to work to expand these services. She also provides cross-coverage in the intensive care units. Dr. Condrey is working towards obtaining her BCPS, Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy.
Gabby Harmon, PharmD, BCPS
Surgical Trauma ICU Elective
Dr. Harmon is a clinical pharmacist originally from Columbiana, AL. She earned her undergraduate degree in microbiology from Mississippi State University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University. Following her education, she completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. She currently practices in the Surgical Trauma ICU. Her professional interests include total parenteral nutrition, thromboprophylaxis in the trauma patient, traumatic brain injury management, and insulin management. To further strengthen her skills in this specialized field, Dr. Harmon is working toward obtaining her BCCCP, Board Certification in Critical Care Pharmacist.
Darla Eckley, PharmD, BCPS
Pediatrics
Dr. Eckley earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of South Dakota and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy. As the Pediatric and Neonatal ICU pharmacist, she has made significant contributions to improving patient care, with a strong focus on pediatric medication safety. She has served on the Pediatric Quality and Perinatal Committees, where she has been instrumental in developing and refining protocols, clinical guidelines, and drug standardizations, particularly for pediatric concentrations. Dr. Eckley has also played a key role in updating smart pump programming and revising order sets to ensure the safe administration of medications in vulnerable patient populations. Additionally, she holds her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS).
Kaitlin Jones, PharmD
Medication Reconciliation Supervisor

Dr. Jones, is a clinical pharmacist specializing in Transitions of Care, with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University. Her professional focus includes patient safety and medication reconciliation during hospital admissions, where she works to reduce medication errors and improve patient outcomes. Dr. Jones has also played an integral role as a COVID-19 vaccinator, an experience she found both rewarding and impactful. She is actively involved in the hospital's Patient Safety Committee, contributing to initiatives that enhance overall care quality and patient well-being. With a strong commitment to improving healthcare delivery, Dr. Jones continues to advocate for safer, more efficient care transitions and better patient safety practices.
Justis Keys, PharmD, BCSCP
Pharmacy Operations Manager
Operational Pharmacy / Pharmacy Administration
Dr. Keys is the Pharmacy Operations Manager, where he oversees pharmacy technicians and supports the management team. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and has since developed a strong background in optimizing pharmacy operations to enhance patient care within the hospital and across the South Atlantic Division of HCA. Dr. Keys is board certified in sterile compounding and routinely focuses on ensuring compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards, as well as supervising the technician onboarding and training processes. In his role, he also serves as the department's Hazardous Drug Coordinator and contributes to several key committees, including Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Medication Error Review, and the Hospital Resource Management Council. Looking ahead, Dr. Keys plans to further expand his expertise by pursuing additional board certifications in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS).
Josh Momper, PharmD, MBA
Director of Pharmacy Services
Pharmacy Administration
Dr. Momper earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Capella University. He began his professional career at Walgreens, where he took on various leadership roles. Dr. Momper transitioned to HCA Healthcare in 2019, piloting a pharmacy-led medication reconciliation program at GSMC. The pilot was extremely successful, and the program has since been adopted across the HCA enterprise. Dr. Momper later moved into the Operations Pharmacy Manager role and shortly thereafter was promoted to Pharmacy Director. In this capacity, he has spearheaded numerous innovative initiatives, leveraging advanced technology and process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and patient safety. Under his leadership, the Pharmacy Department has gained recognition as a top performer both locally and nationally within the HCA organization, excelling in both operational and clinical outcomes.
