Biography
Dr. Tyler Kilgore received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He then completed his residency at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach followed by his fellowship from Virginia Tech/Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia.
